CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS

You won’t be charged when canceling up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellations, and 100% for not showing up.

All tinting, perming, and lash extension treatments require a patch test to be carried out 48 hours before your appointment. Please contact us for advice.
If something unexpected pops up, you can change the time or date of your appointment—please get in touch—up until 24 hours before your appointment.
